How we protect your home
Chimney work can be dirty; your home shouldn't be. Floors, hearth and furniture are protected before work begins, soot is contained at the fireplace opening, and the room is left the way we found it. For work you can't easily see — rooftops, flue interiors — we take before-and-after photos so you know exactly what was done.
Repair philosophy
We fix the cause, not just the symptom. A water stain gets traced to the failed crown or cap that let water in; a smoking fireplace gets a diagnosis, not a guess. When a repair can wait, we say so. When it shouldn't, we explain why — and show you.
